INPEX 2017 will be governed by India Post and the F.I.P. General Regulations
(GREX), F.I.P.General Regulation of Competitive Exhibits (GREV); F.I.P Special Regulation of Competitive Exhibits(GREV) and Special Regulation of 'INPEX 2017.

For detailed eligibility criteria, requirements and sub-classifications please refer to the Prospectus of INPEX 2017. However for ready reference important points in brief are given hereunder:
- Eligibility: All philatelists having a permanent addressin India and having membership of the PCI or a PCI affiliated society
- Exhibit Application Form should preferably be filled and submitted online, however a copy of the form can be downloaded and handed over duly signed with necessary enclosures to the Secretary, INPEX 2017 within the stipulated time frame.
- Each applicant, applying online will receive and confirmation email of successful submission of the form with a unique application number. Please quote this number for all further communications.
- Classes of participation:
- Invitee Class (Non Competitive)
- Competitive Class further classified under:
- Class 1: National championship Class.
- Class 2: Traditional Philately.
- Class 3: Postal History
- Class 4: Postal Stationery
- Class5: Aero Philately /Astro philately
- Class6: Thematic
- Class 7: Maximaphilly
- Class 8: Revenues
- Class 9: First Day Covers.
- Class 10: Open Class
- Class 11: Philatelic Literature.
- Class 12: Youth Class
- Class 13: School Collections.
- Applications for competitive class must be for 5 or 8 frames, except One Frame Exhibits (10D), 1 to 5 frames for Class 10 E to 10 H, Philatelic Literature (11), Youth Class 2 to4 frames and School Collections (1 to 4 frames)
- Applications can be made online or by sending in signed forms to the Secretary, INPEX 2017 by 10th October 2017.
- Allotment of frames will be intimated by 27th October 2017.
- Frame charges:
- Invitee Class: No Fees
- National championship Class: Rs 3000+18% GST per frame
- Competitive Class: Rs 1500+18% GST per frame, except
- Youth Class: No Fees
- School Collections: No Fees
- All frame fees must be paid by DD or Pay Order only by 14th November 2017.
- All exhibits will be recived by INPEX 2017 only between 21st to 25th November 2017 and not at the venue.
